I hereby contact you in order to get information on the Partnership "KUDY EUROBOND FUND SLP" of 2 C, Parc d'Activités, L-8308 Capellen, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and more precisely the issuing documentation of the share(s) referred "Limited Partnership Units".I further certify that I adhere to the status of Professional Client Investor as defined by the following provisions:

(1) I by nature am categorized as a Professional Client as defined under the Directive 2004/39/EC (MiFID) on markets in Financial Instruments and Qualified Investor as defined under the law dated on 3 July 2012 (the prospectus directive 2010/73/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 amending Directives 2003/71/EC on the prospectus),

OR

(2) I would like to be treated as a Professional Client as defined under the Directive 2004/39/EC (MiFID) on markets in financial instruments and Qualified Investor as defined under the law dated on 3 July 2012 (the prospectus directive 2010/73/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 amending Directives 2003/71/EC on the prospectus) as I agree to waive the benefit of the detailed rules of conduct and acknowledge that:

• I wish to be treated as a professional client, in respect of the abovementioned issuance;
• I clearly understand the protections and investor compensation rights I may lose and;
• I state in writing that I am aware of the consequences of losing such protections.

Therefore, I am requesting to be treated as a professional investor in all my future relations with the Partnership. I certify that I am acting on my own behalf.

I agree that if I am defined as a Professional Client Investor by the provisions of group (1) above, the following selections do not apply to me. However, if I am defined as a Professional Client Investor by the provisions of group (2) above, the following selections do apply to me.

Generally;

1. I would describe my knowledge of investments as good and extensive
2. I have invested in financial instruments prior to this
3. When I invest my money, I am equally concerned about my investment losing or gaining value.
4. I clearly understand the protections and investor compensation rights

specifically;

• would describe my knowledge of the asset classes of the abovementioned issuance is invested in or will invest in as good and/or extensive
• I would describe my experience investing in the asset class of the abovementioned issuance is invested in or will invest in as good and/or extensive.
• I acknowledge that investing in the abovementioned issuance is in line with my risk/return profile.
